- The process of registering your company with the respective Health and Trade authorities is well known to us and has been carried out for several small companies as well as multinationals.
- Where product registration is required we will help you formulate a plan for gradual product introduction depending on focus and sales potential. We will also assist with the pick up, preparation and submission of registration files.
- The Medicines Authority (MA) of Malta has started assessment of products acting as Reference Member State (RMS). This is done product by product and varies depending on the class of drugs. Some Classes can apply for Central Procedure. SaneXel will assist with the presentation of a pre-submission questionnairre to the MA. The MA will assess if it can act as RMS for the product in question.
